North Bay Jobs with Justice is a growing, grassroots coalition of more than 30 labor and community organizations in Sonoma, Napa, and Marin Counties. We believe that organized people-power is the key to winning economic, racial, and climate justice. Our mission is rooted in centering the voices and leadership of working families, building real worker power through direct action and solidarity.

Here in North Bay, we are on the frontlines of the climate crisis, with wildfires, megadrought, and floods only exacerbating the negative impacts of an already unequal and unjust economy. With communities of color, low wage workers, and immigrant families leading the way, we believe that a more just and more resilient future is possible.
